The Annual Members’ Meeting is the Trust's Annual General Meeting and brings together members, governors, directors, as well as the Chair of the Board of Directors and Council of Governors. The meeting is being held in collaboration with the Liverpool University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
The Annual Members’ Meeting is an opportunity for foundation trust members and members of the public to observe the Council of Governors, who are elected to hold the Board of Directors to account and represent members' interests.
