Netcall will be at the event to demonstrate our brand-new LWH Patient Portal, a game-changing tool that gives patients easy access to appointment reminders, digital letters, and much more, all through a simple and intuitive app. This portal is a huge step forward in improving patient engagement and making healthcare more accessible for everyone.
During the event, Netcall will walk attendees through how the portal works, showing you how to access your appointments and reminders through the NHS App in just a few taps. Whether you’re managing multiple appointments or want to stay on top of your healthcare, this app is designed with you in mind.
Netcall’s objective aligns perfectly with our goals here at Liverpool Women's NHS Foundation Trust. In their words:
"Our objective at Netcall is to support better and more efficient patient engagement by offering simple communication methods that support the diverse needs of today’s multi-cultural and multi-generational society. We are really excited to be supporting this event where we will be showcasing the benefits of digital engagement for patients through the use of patient engagement portals and the NHS App."

Fertility Consents
For patients undergoing fertility treatment at LWH, the informed consent process is a crucial step in ensuring they receive all the medical and legal information required before starting their treatment. Traditionally, this process was done on paper, with lengthy forms and verbal explanations, often resulting in errors and delays due to re-keying information.
But thanks to the Fertility Consents app, this process has been completely transformed. Patients can now watch detailed explainer videos from the comfort of their homes, making it easier to digest complex medical and legal information at their own pace. The smart forms feature prompts and checks, ensuring everything is completed accurately and efficiently.
The result? A smoother, faster, and more informed consent process! Patients save time by reducing the need for multiple trips to the hospital, and when they do visit, the administrative side of things is already taken care of, allowing them to focus on their care.
We’re particularly excited because this new system is going live at the Hewitt Centre this October, marking a major milestone in our ongoing efforts to improve fertility care. This event is an amazing opportunity for patients to come and meet the team, and be the first to experience this cutting-edge system!
Here’s what Fertility Consents had to say about the event: "At the LWH Digital Day, we will be showing patients how they can manage their consent process from a mobile phone, tablet, or PC. This means easier access, more control, and a more streamlined experience for fertility patients."
We’re excited to show how this innovative solution is making life easier for fertility patients, and how it contributes to our goal of improving the overall patient experience through digital transformation.
